Refunds
All gooey butter cakes are baked fresh and prepared specifically for your order.
Receipt Required
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all refund or replacement requests.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are non-refundable once delivery has been completed, regardless of circumstance.
Acceptance of Order
Once you or a designated party has accepted the order and taken possession, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer.
Quality Concerns
If there is an issue with product quality, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.
Requests must include:
- Proof of purchase (receipt)
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description sent via email or direct message
If a verified quality issue is confirmed, we may offer a proportionate refund or replacement at our discretion.
